Senior Merchandiser, Men's Tops & Layers (Performance Apparel)

Salary: USD 118,000–150,000 per year; bonus eligible

What you will do

• Develop men's tops and layers assortment strategies across e-commerce and retail channels.
• Build seasonal and annual line plans, assortment tools, and product calendars.
• Create a three-year innovation roadmap covering fabric and style expansion.
• Partner with planning on investment strategy, in-season performance, and data-driven actions.
• Lead fittings, style adoption, pricing strategy, product messaging, and product knowledge content.
• Coordinate communication across design, planning, marketing, and channel leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of merchandising experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with men's apparel, performance apparel, or high-growth brand or category initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of the men's apparel market, trends, and brand-aligned product aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience with Excel and Adobe Illustrator; PLM experience is a plus.
