Sr. Program Services Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Virtual Office, United States; willingness to travel required.

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop project plans and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to achieve savings goals.
• Create contracting strategies for physician preference, clinical preference, purchased services, and capital categories.
• Analyze financial data, market trends, and benchmark pricing to recommend contract strategies.
• Monitor prices, maintain contracts, identify portfolio gaps, and support realization of engagement value.
• Lead bids and RFPs, negotiate supplier terms and pricing, and present savings initiatives to engagement groups.
• Build relationships with health-system stakeholders, suppliers, legal, analytics, backend systems, and sourcing-platform teams.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in contracting, contract management, or supply chain.
• Relevant degree preferred; an MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to think critically and present information concisely using Microsoft tools.
• Experience working successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic partnering skills.
• Healthcare contracting and successful contract negotiation experience preferred; willingness to travel required.
