Senior Spend Manager (Healthcare)

Location: York, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days on the client site

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Execute client workplans through spend analysis, opportunity identification, and actionable recommendations.
• Interpret complex spend data using hirify.global analytical tools and translate findings into client insights.
• Activate and optimize national and committed GPO contracts to improve utilization, savings, and value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure follow-up on key initiatives.
• Collaborate with Spend Executives, Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions.
• Apply change management, problem-solving, and sound judgment to address complex client and internal questions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, contract management, data analysis, or related healthcare functions.
• Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Knowledge of contract performance management, contract utilization, and supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and PowerPoint.
• Must work on the client site in York, Pennsylvania, 3 days per week.
