Program Manager, Precision Medicine and Biopharma Solutions (Precision Medicine)

Location: United States; preferably Boston, Massachusetts, Washington, DC, or Chicago, Illinois. The role is posted as on-site in the US, while qualified candidates in other US locations may be considered. A remote work arrangement from the employee's home is also available.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead high-priority, client-facing BioPharma projects and cross-functional teams, delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with the BioPharma Center of Excellence and diagnostic operating company partners across assigned programs.
• Drive execution using hirify.global Business System tools, including VPM, VSM, Daily Management, Action Plans, PSP, and Kaizen.
• Use tools such as AI assistants, Smartsheet, Miro, and Microsoft applications to manage work and solve critical issues.
• Assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement improvements to standard work.
• Travel approximately 10–20% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field with 3+ years of program management experience preferred, or an advanced biological science degree such as a PhD or MD with 9+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience across the full new product development lifecycle, from concept through commercial execution.
• Experience generating integrated evidence to support sales.
• Demonstrated success delivering programs in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, maintain strong attention to detail, and combine strategic and tactical thinking.
• PMP certification is preferred, with willingness to obtain it if not already certified.
