Data Operations Delivery Lead

Location: Remote. The role supports U.S. government clients and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; an active Secret clearance is preferred.

What you will do

• Coordinate priorities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, decisions, and actions across Data Operations teams.
• Maintain schedules, trackers, dashboards, repositories, issue boards, and other delivery artifacts.
• Facilitate discussions on objectives, scope, sequencing, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
• Support the Project Manager with execution monitoring, priority communication, risk escalation, and workstream continuity.
• Audit technical and process documentation, including DFDs, ICDs, SOPs, requirements, and user stories.
• Improve delivery and project-management practices while coordinating onboarding, transitions, rollouts, and sustainment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, delivery management, project management, or a related technical-project role.
• Experience with Agile planning, backlog management, delivery tracking, and ceremonies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and actions through completion.
• Experience with GitLab, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; active Secret clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with data, analytics, data engineering, software development, ETL, data warehousing, or RDBMS concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Git, technical data architecture artifacts, and documentation maintenance.
• Experience supporting federal or DoD data environments, especially DHA or CDAO, and knowledge of healthcare operations, HIPAA, or MHS operations.
• CAPM, PMP, CSM, or a similar certification.
