What you will do

• Manage the branch's sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver effective customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and develop new relationships.
• Build customer, community, and internal partnerships while driving referrals and business development.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, colleague development, and branch resources.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Previous management experience and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer and business lending, sales leadership, customer service, coaching, and process management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, technology, and colleague-development skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
