Vice President - Dynamic Works Institute

Location: Remote, United States; listed locations include Waukesha, Wisconsin and Texas.

Salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute growth plans to increase annual revenue and expand into adjacent markets.
• Lead business development, sales, pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and market expansion.
• Oversee the portfolio of products, services, and learning solutions, including performance and profitability.
• Develop national partnerships, strategic alliances, cross-selling opportunities, licensing agreements, and commercialization initiatives.
• Direct market positioning, brand growth, lead generation, account-based marketing, and thought leadership.
• Present growth strategies, market opportunities, forecasts, and portfolio performance to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in senior management or an executive role.
• Proven success in strategic planning, organizational development, and sales of online learning tools across multiple markets.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing organizational change, driving innovation, building stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in educational, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
