What you will do

• Lead dealership performance across sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Drive sales volume and profitability objectives across all sales channels.
• Execute company initiatives, strategies, and marketing programs to achieve dealership goals.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and growth.
• Direct dealership operations and maintain an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and implement performance-improvement strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience as a General Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or in another operational leadership role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, team development, sales performance, and operational management skills.
• Proactive judgment, critical thinking, adaptability, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
