Owner's Representative Project Manager (Data Center)

What you will do

• Represent the owner across design, construction, and project management activities.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, timelines, cost controls, and quality standards.
• Coordinate design reviews, project information, stakeholder updates, and key decision-making processes.
• Act as the onsite contact for project stakeholders and collaborate with the general contractor and consultants.
• Build, coordinate, manage, and audit a behavior-based safety plan.
• Lead status meetings, management reporting, delay resolution, market assessments, and building-code reviews.

Requirements

• Onsite presence in Texas is required.
• More than 10 years of construction, project management, and managerial experience in the data center sector.
• Demonstrated delivery experience in CSA, electrical, mechanical, or commissioning work.
• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
• PMP and LEED/AP qualification, or active progress toward completing these qualifications.
• Experience building teams, developing employees, and maintaining strong client relationships.
