What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for Peace Corps initiatives.
• Develop CRM entities, forms, views, controls, business processes, JavaScript customizations, classic workflows, and supported automation.
• Create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes, solution documentation, deployment procedures, and application lifecycle artifacts.
• Develop FetchXML queries, SSRS reports, and SQL-based reporting solutions, including parameters, drill-through reports, subreports, subscriptions, and performance tuning.
• Perform unit testing, regression testing, QA validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with senior developers, administrators, project managers, business stakeholders, and end users within Agile delivery processes.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in the DC Metro Area, United States.
• At least 3 years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions in a federal civilian agency.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, solution-based ALM, entities, forms, views, controls, SiteMap navigation, and Advanced Find queries.
• Experience with JavaScript, classic workflows, CRM security roles, teams, business units, and user access permissions.
• Experience developing and optimizing SSRS reports with FetchXML and SQL datasets, report parameters, drill-through reports, subreports, subscriptions, and performance tuning.
• Experience with testing activities, Azure DevOps, Agile ceremonies, XRM Toolbox utilities, and related CRM administration tools.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with SharePoint Online and other enterprise business systems.
• Experience with Microsoft federal cloud environments, including GCC, or FedRAMP-aligned controls.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility, federal records management, and secure software development.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification or equivalent development experience.
