Senior Technical Product Owner (Enterprise Integrations)

Location: Remote within the United States or hybrid in Newport News, Virginia

Salary: $6,805.95–$11,921.25 per month; bonus or incentive plan eligible

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for enterprise integration initiatives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into epics, features, and actionable requirements.
• Guide Agile delivery teams through refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and the full product lifecycle.
• Align business customers, leadership, architecture, engineering, QA, UX, support, and other stakeholders.
• Track product performance, adoption, dependencies, risks, and measurable business outcomes.
• Support business cases, funding discussions, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related Agile software delivery role.
• Technical knowledge of backend integrations, APIs, MongoDB, and Java.
• Experience with enterprise or large-scale backend integration products, enterprise systems, or customer-facing platforms.
• Experience owning roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering technology solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and the ability to lead multifunctional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Scrum Product Owner or related Agile/Product certification.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
