Product Manager, Supplier Integration

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States. Hybrid position requiring onsite work four or more days per week. Domestic relocation is available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $99,600–$192,900 per year, across salary grades 7–8.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the supplier integration product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from suppliers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog and guide delivery of APIs, data exchanges, onboarding workflows, and integration services.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, operations, suppliers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Monitor adoption, service performance, data quality, and supplier feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, and communicate status and decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, supplier integration, systems integration, supply chain technology, or a related area.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, enterprise systems, and supplier onboarding processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
