Product Manager (HealthTech)

Location: Remote - USA; candidates must have the legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Salary: $140,000-$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and delivery execution for an assigned product area.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, features, and enhancements.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, project management, client-facing teams, leadership, and product strategy to deliver customer value.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead product launches, release planning, communications, training, adoption, and change management activities.
• Define product success metrics and use customer insights, data, and analytics to guide prioritization and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of total professional experience, including 3-5 years of product management experience.
• Experience delivering B2B software products and managing product roadmaps and product lifecycle activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams involving design, engineering, and QA.
• Strong customer-centric communication skills and the ability to influence multiple organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related product tools.

• Experience with data analytics and using data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in startups or other fast-paced environments.
