Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Assess customer requirements with Account Executives and Channel Account Managers and scope tailored technical solutions.
• Evaluate customer-specific development requests, identify technical challenges, and propose viable solutions.
• Document use cases, solution designs, onboarding plans, system workflows, architectural diagrams, and configuration recommendations.
• Support partner onboarding, customer training, RFP responses, and technical enablement.
• Deliver tailored platform demonstrations and bespoke training for ISVs, ISOs, and other partners.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Security, acquiring partners, and customer-facing teams while tracking product feedback and enhancement requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
• Experience in FinTech or SaaS, with a strong understanding of payment processing, including card-present, card-not-present, tokenization, gateways, and acquiring.
• Experience with unattended payment environments such as parking, transit, EV charging, vending, kiosks, or self-service channels.
• Familiarity with unattended-specific integrations, payment hardware and devices, and compliance considerations.
• Experience creating solution design documents or technical scoping materials and working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, presentation, and solution demonstration skills.
