Salary: $140,800–$227,700 per year, plus potential restricted stock units and bonus

What you will do

• Modernize and scale enterprise design systems, component architecture, UI patterns, and data visualization libraries.
• Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, Vibe Coding, and MCP integrations to generate component code and deliver it to Storybook for engineering review.
• Align Figma variables and design tokens with production code while defining variants, props, and slots for multi-themed components.
• Lead enablement, training, governance, and documentation across Figma, Storybook, and shared developer tooling.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions, reduce design-to-development handoff friction, and contribute to platform feature workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product or design systems experience, including planning, building, and scaling enterprise-grade systems for multi-product engineering organizations.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience owning Storybook components and using AI to write UI code with React, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, decisive architectural judgment, and strong experimentation skills.
• A portfolio with detailed end-to-end case studies covering strategic trade-offs, AI-assisted execution, and business impact.
• Experience coaching, guiding, or upskilling design peers through process and tooling changes.
