Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning for the SaaS portfolio.
• Lead products from concept validation and requirements definition through development, release, support enablement, and outcome validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design through agile processes, using Jira, user stories, and data-backed market insights.
• Manage product backlogs, clarify requirements, balance priorities, and evaluate technical approaches.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on positioning, demos, training, client inquiries, and product adoption.
• Represent customer needs while aligning product decisions with business goals and stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of enterprise software product leadership experience, including defining and scaling successful SaaS products.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate market and user insights into measurable product value.
• Strategic and technical acumen, including the ability to guide architecture, design, implementation, and trade-off decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams from problem definition through delivery.
• Experience shaping AI-enabled or data-driven products and understanding how AI tools can create competitive advantage and improve productivity.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in the oil and gas industry or the ability to quickly learn a new industry vertical.
