Lead Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada; occasional travel to customers or the head office may be required, possibly up to once per quarter.

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead strategy, vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for multiple core SaaS products.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that improve customer and staff experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Product Marketing, and customers to develop and validate product experiences.
• Define milestones, requirements, metrics, epics, and OKRs; coordinate launches and releases.
• Act as the customer advocate through research, feedback, feature requests, demos, and product validation.
• Mentor Product Owners and help improve product management processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience; SaaS or banking experience is beneficial.
• Technical background with APIs and integrations, particularly in scaling SaaS products.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled products, including LLMs, structured data, model limitations, evaluation, privacy, security, and usage economics.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, conflict management, change management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience defining and launching products, managing multiple products, and using data to prioritize strategic objectives.
• Must be able to work remotely from Canada and travel to customers or the head office when required.
