What you will do

• Develop reliability engineering and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) expertise through structured training and mentoring.
• Apply engineering principles, data analysis, and reliability methodologies to complex aerospace and defence programmes.
• Analyse product safety, supportability, maintenance, and reliability requirements.
• Work with electrical and mechanical systems alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Contribute to product safety, performance, reliability, and customer success.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of engineering principles and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in Reliability Engineering, ILS, Systems Engineering, Safety Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Aerospace or defence industry experience.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles, product safety, supportability, or maintenance engineering.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems or statistical analysis techniques.
