Legal AI Advisor (APAC)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organisations.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, product positioning, solution alignment, and tailored demonstrations.
• Support customer onboarding, training, workflow transformation, AI integration, and ongoing adoption in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering on customer needs, usability, and adoption barriers.
• Translate hirify.globalOne, claiR, and aiR capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals and internal teams.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer currently admitted and in good standing to practise in at least one EMEA or APAC jurisdiction.
• An active practising licence is required; an academic law degree alone is not sufficient.
• At least 3 years of experience practising law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows, with first-hand knowledge of litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including hirify.global aiR, and the ability to work in cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Litigation experience.
• Client-facing experience in client advisory, legal technology, or business development.
