Manager, Property Management Oversight

What you will do

• Oversee an allocated portfolio of external property and facilities management suppliers for hirify.global Real Estate funds.
• Monitor contractual obligations, service levels, KPIs, service quality, costs and risk, taking corrective action where required.
• Lead the escalation and resolution of operational incidents, complaints and non-routine supplier issues.
• Manage governance meetings, oversight controls, reporting and performance recommendations for senior management, fund boards and governance forums.
• Lead or support property management tenders, supplier evaluation, appointment, onboarding and contract negotiations.
• Represent property management oversight in business and supplier-led change, supporting controlled implementation and service transition.

Requirements

• RICS qualification and relevant professional property expertise.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property management and the end-to-end real estate management process.
• Considerable experience managing or overseeing third-party service provider relationships.
• Experience with supplier governance, performance management, service levels, KPIs, controls, monitoring and compliance.
• Ability to interpret contracts, assess commercial considerations, manage supplier obligations and support procurement or tendering.
• Strong judgement, communication, relationship management, influencing, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
