Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Eastern or Central Timezone; must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and available for CST or EST business hours, with flexibility to support EMEA customers as needed.

Salary: $95,800–$125,000 annual national pay range.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise hirify.global implementations across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate Implementation, Strategic, and Technical Consultants across solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development.
• Set project scope, timelines, delivery methodology, and budgets for each customer engagement.
• Create and maintain project charters, plans, RACIs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers.
• Manage scope changes against SOWs, monitor customer sentiment, and escalate risks early.
• Collaborate with Success teams and improve Professional Services project management tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience.
• Experience leading technical integrations or large-scale software implementations.
• Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of project plans, risk management, SOWs, scope and change management, resource management, dependency planning, project charters, and RACI.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including customer-facing meetings with stakeholders at every level.
• United States work authorization and availability during CST or EST business hours are required.

• PMP or another project management certification.
