Talent Acquisition Consultant - Temporary Position (Financial Services)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States. Reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required; office work may be required if these conditions are not met.

Base salary: $65,600.00–$92,675.00 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and market trends.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for professional and management roles.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, social media, job boards, and proactive sourcing.
• Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards to support consistent selection decisions.
• Coach hiring leaders on unbiased recruitment and inclusive interviewing practices.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities while sharing recruiting insights with the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting high-volume professional or financial services roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches independently.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

• High-volume sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience with Workday.
• Experience in financial services or structured interview and assessment methodologies.
• Experience supporting inclusive hiring and reducing bias in selection decisions.
• Experience representing an organization at campus or community recruiting events.
