Talent Acquisition Specialist (Crypto Trading)

Location: New York, NY, United States; work model: in-person

Salary: $100,000–$170,000 base annually, plus equity

Consumer crypto-trading startup building a next-generation platform for retail traders, backed by top-tier investors and growing rapidly.

What you will do

• Coordinate recruiting processes across multiple open roles.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
• Source and identify strong candidates while mapping relevant talent pools.
• Build candidate profiles, evaluation criteria, and examples of strong backgrounds.
• Partner with founders to improve sourcing strategy, response times, and coordination.
• Develop a systematic and scalable recruiting process as the company grows.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent, or a closely related function.
• Internship experience may be considered for candidates with exceptional drive.
• Exposure to startups, venture capital, or quant-style talent environments.
• Strong interest in specializing in talent and growing into a Head of Talent role.
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable coordinating many moving parts.
• Ability to work in person in New York, NY.
