What you will do
- Execute end-to-end operational tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, data integrity, and compliance across operational processes.
- Handle complex reconciliation and exception cases.
- Investigate operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve escalations.
- Monitor SLA performance, queue health, and sub-team productivity.
- Act as an escalation point while contributing to operational improvements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, transaction handling, and reconciliation flows.
- Basic data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Leadership, mentoring, coaching, conflict resolution, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prepare presentations and manage stakeholder communication.
- Strategic thinking focused on short-term operational improvements.
Nice to have
- Experience with transactions, reconciliations, or supervisory responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Metabase, Jira, Trello, or similar workflow management tools.
