Salary: $86,900–$115,800 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end indication package projects covering translation, linguistic validation, and eCOA migration and implementation.
• Evaluate COA and eCOA content and requirements, including text, graphics, multimedia, scales, and questionnaires.
• Coordinate the extraction, translation, validation, and integration of high volumes of multilingual content.
• Implement quality assurance procedures to verify accuracy, consistency, and functionality within eCOA platforms.
• Coordinate provider-specific requirements with eCOA providers and technical teams to support seamless system integration.
• Resolve migration issues, maintain project documentation, and communicate status, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in translation, linguistic validation, and eCOA migration or implementation within life sciences or language services.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow guidelines, use initiative, and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers, clients, vendors, and translators.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of COA licensing, linguistic validation, regulatory requirements, and eCOA implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAT tools.
• Knowledge of an additional language.
• Experience with eCOA systems and multiple eCOA providers.
