Salary: CA$60,000–CA$66,600 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate multilingual localization requests from intake through delivery, tracking scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Align internal stakeholders and external language vendors, clarify requirements, and support timely delivery.
- Maintain localization workflows, documentation, handoff standards, glossaries, terminology databases, and lexicons.
- Prepare and organize translation keys and string files for platform email assets and CRM communications.
- Verify formatting, placeholders, variables, terminology, regional appropriateness, and brand tone in localized content.
- Track vendor quotes, costs, production schedules, translation project status, and launch deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in translation coordination, localization project management, or a related field.
- Practical experience with translation management tools, terminology resources, localization workflows, and quality assurance practices.
- High proficiency in English, written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to data formatting, string management, and linguistic consistency.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external translation vendors.
Nice to have
- Fluency or native-level knowledge of French or another major language.
