Project Coordinator, Data Privacy Services

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Base salary: $49,700–$82,800 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate software implementation projects for the Privacy Analytics Platform within defined scope and timelines.
• Coordinate Support, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders to support software customer success.
• Track customer license expirations, payment schedules, contractual terms, milestones, risks, tasks, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, internal delivery summaries, and DPS project tracking activities.
• Facilitate retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
• Maintain accessible, up-to-date internal documentation for DPS processes.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a team role, preferably in professional services, consulting, technology, software, privacy, or data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to take ownership, meet commitments, escalate risks appropriately, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Interest in privacy, data, software delivery, and project management principles.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Project management or project coordination experience, including milestone, risk, task, or deliverable tracking.
• Experience with software implementation, IT implementation, technology deployment, or client-facing technical projects.
• Knowledge of anonymization, de-identification, statistical disclosure control, privacy laws, or data governance.
• Experience with health, financial, or consumer data.
