Senior Director, Project Delivery (Cardiovascular)

Location: Remote or office-based in Blue Bell, United States; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship. Travel of up to 25% is required.

What you will do

• Develop and implement project delivery strategies and methodologies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery oversight.
• Track project performance, manage risks and issues, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Direct quality assurance, regulatory compliance, change management, and project governance activities.
• Mentor project management professionals and drive process and system improvements locally and globally.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant project management or project delivery experience, including full-scope deliverables, financial management, scheduling, and resource management.
• Project management experience in a contract research organization; sponsor-environment experience is preferred.
• Experience with cardiovascular, cardio-metabolic, MASH, or hepatology indications is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, a relevant scientific discipline, or a healthcare-related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience leading teams through process and system development, review, and implementation, with demonstrated mentoring and strategic leadership capabilities.
• English fluency and legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an M.S., Ph.D., or M.D.
• Business coursework in management, marketing, accounting, budgeting, personnel management, or negotiation.
