Service Inside Sales Representative (f/m/d) Germany & Austria - Germany Remote

Location: Hybrid in Krefeld/Dusseldorf, Germany, or remote from Germany or Austria

What you will do

• Contact customers when warranty periods expire and transition them to service maintenance agreements.
• Retain, support, and grow the commercial service business across Germany and Austria.
• Improve service contract processes, including renewal timeliness, warranty conversion, and new service sales.
• Sell service contracts directly, including preparing pricing and proposals.
• Work with Service Management to identify opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements.

Requirements

• Experience in a business-to-business sales environment or a related life sciences or biomedical field.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Customer contact and commercial sales skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Additional European language skills.
• Prior telemarketing or inside sales experience.
