Sales Support Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote in Germany or the UK, with occasional travel to an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Own the order and booking process from purchase-order receipt through validation, booking, warehouse release, and delivery.
• Review purchase orders, commercial terms, delivery requirements, and documentation, resolving missing information, changes, risks, and exceptions.
• Coordinate with partners and Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Manage complex and time-sensitive orders, keeping stakeholders informed through resolution.
• Use operational data to identify recurring issues, delays, and process gaps, and help standardize processes across regions.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and identify opportunities to apply automation and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, order management, commercial operations, customer service, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing purchase orders and sales orders, including changes, discrepancies, exceptions, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills, including managing multiple priorities and resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or operational excellence, with an interest in AI and digital tools.
• Experience working in a global or international environment across functions, regions, and time zones.
