International Finance Intern (Year Round)

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, designs and builds customized fire and emergency trucks, including pumpers, aerials, tankers, and rescue units.

What you will do

• Support international trade receivables by establishing credit lines, monitoring collections, sending customer statements, and managing trade credit insurance.
• Review bid and tender documents, contracts, proposed payment terms, and required bank guarantees.
• Manage international contracts from shipment through revenue recognition and coordinate communication across departments.
• Review and create export shipping documentation and file required information in the Automated Export System when applicable.
• Gather documentation for timely revenue recognition and prepare reports for internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer and part-time during the school year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, leadership, prioritization, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn new programs and processes.
