2027 Corporate Advisory & Banking Summer Internship

What you will do

• Conduct company and industry research for privately held business clients.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Support client presentations covering business performance, growth prospects, industry insights, valuation perspectives, and strategic alternatives.
• Perform financial statement analysis, monitor collateral, and support rigorous credit analysis.
• Assist with underwriting new and existing credits and structuring credit facilities.

Requirements

• Current college junior entering senior year in fall 2027.
• Background in and strong interest in finance, business, or investing.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Leadership experience through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including multi-sheet analysis, linked workbooks, advanced formulas, and customized charts and graphs.
