Finance Intern

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada; four-month internship from January to April 2027. The role may require travel for in-person engagement, including department offsites, team meetings, and customer or industry events.

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and credit card transactions for the Accounts Payable team.
• Support Accounts Receivable by triaging simple customer emails and preparing check deposit reports.
• Contribute to process improvement and AI automation projects.
• Support special projects and provide ad hoc assistance to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement.

• Confidence to take on new challenges and complete them.
• Curiosity, humility, willingness to learn from mistakes, and a collaborative approach.
• Availability for a four-month internship from January to April 2027.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Interest in technology and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
