What you will do

• Assist with investment analysis across consumer, auto, small business, home improvement, and other specialty finance asset classes.
• Support risk assessment, underwriting, and performance tracking throughout the investment process.
• Maintain and update comparable deal trackers.
• Conduct industry research and draft research reports.
• Collaborate with internal employees and departments on work projects.
• Complete special projects while managing conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant coursework in finance, accounting, and business.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to follow directions, learn new processes, and maintain a strong work ethic.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience in finance or accounting.
