Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid. Relocation assistance is provided. Travel up to 35% within North America, including the U.S. and Mexico.

Compensation range: $123,500–$229,500 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture for the Equipment Protection and Data Solutions businesses in North America.
• Lead architecture across discovery, future-state design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and business readiness.
• Define target-state architecture for business processes, integrations, data, security, reporting, analytics, and enterprise design standards.
• Guide process standardization, legacy JD Edwards World customization rationalization, automation, controls, and user experience improvements.
• Lead architecture workshops and design reviews with senior business and IT stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.
• Manage architectural risks, dependencies, technical debt, data migration, cutover planning, and the Oracle Fusion Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, engineering, computer science, or information systems.
• 10+ years of ERP experience and 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience as a Lead Solution Architect or ERP Program Architect.
• At least two Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and one large-scale ERP transformation program.
• Deep experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments, including replacement of legacy ERP platforms.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Anoka, Minnesota, with travel up to 35% across North America.
