Oracle Cloud ERP Grants Consultant (Oracle Cloud Grants Management)

Location: Remote with required onsite travel to Memphis, TN, US for 1–2 weeks per month.

What you will do

• Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Grants Management and related Oracle Projects and Project Financial Management modules.
• Run discovery workshops with finance and research administration teams and translate grant requirements into functional designs.
• Configure award templates, funding sources, sponsor rules, budget controls, burdening schedules, and cost allocation structures.
• Map grant lifecycle processes covering award setup, post-award management, cost distribution, invoicing, and closeout.
• Coordinate integrations with Oracle Cloud Financials, including General Ledger, Payables, Purchasing, and Receivables.
• Create test scripts, support SIT and UAT, resolve configuration defects, and deliver training and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with 7 or more years of functional Oracle ERP consulting.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP Grants Management implementation experience.
• Participation as a functional SME in at least two full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Grants Management implementations.
• Strong knowledge of grant accounting, sponsor billing, indirect costs, burden calculations, award budgets, and revenue recognition.
• Working knowledge of integrations between Oracle Projects or Grants and General Ledger, Payables, and Procurement.
• Availability and willingness to travel onsite to Memphis, TN for 1–2 weeks per month.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, research institutions, higher education, or public sector environments.
• Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management or Grants Management Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with legacy-system data conversion for active awards, project balances, and commitments.
