Sr Supply Chain Manager - Supplier Development Engineer

Location: US-MD-Frederick, United States; travel 40–50%, including internationally.

Salary: $118,700–$211,300 per year across U.S. locations.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team supporting supply chain modernization, advanced analytics, process maturity, and continuous improvement.
• Develop project plans and manage strategic process improvement initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, category councils, and segment leaders to redesign processes and drive adoption.
• Govern core business processes and provide change management, training, and documentation guidance.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze trends and risks, recommend corrective actions, and support strategic purchasing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of experience in supply chain or a related field.
• At least five years of management or leadership experience.
• Ability to travel 40–50%, including internationally.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other web-based software applications.
