Operations Solutions Manager

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; willingness to travel 50% required

Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and enterprise clients to scope fulfillment solutions, custom operational flows, and capabilities.
• Own solution design from pre-sale through onboarding, including time studies, equipment cost scoping, and total cost-to-serve estimates.
• Design warehouse workflows for inbound, putaway, picking, packing, returns, storage, slotting, and non-standard requirements.
• Define WMS/ERP configurations and identify workflows, product gaps, and operational processes that do not scale.
• Build business cases for tooling, process, and headcount investments and propose implementation timelines.
• Create reusable frameworks and best practices for enterprise solutioning and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on warehouse operations experience with process or industrial engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with slotting and cube optimization, facility layout design, capacity analysis, and space planning.
• Experience building or validating cost-to-serve and pricing models.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS and ERP platforms and their integration in fulfillment environments.
• Cross-functional experience with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Product, Tech, and Pricing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a compliance-first attitude.
