Location: Hybrid in Memphis, TN; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus at 3680 Hacks Cross Road and work onsite several times per week

Salary: $7,488.36–$12,355.79 per month

What you will do

• Break down epics and capabilities into prioritized program features and maintain the program backlog and roadmap.
• Manage delivery of business value through features and enablers using program Kanban and Agile planning tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate features into user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Partner with business and technical architects, value stream leaders, and stakeholders to define solutions aligned with portfolio strategy.
• Coordinate cross-program dependencies, priorities, milestones, and communication plans.
• Lead program increment planning and demos to evaluate delivered business value and adapt future work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; engineering, business, information systems, or computer science preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience leading the breakdown of complex projects into solution-oriented deliverables across organization-wide projects or system design.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and the SAFe framework.
• Strong influencing, communication, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, sequential deliverables and understand broader company strategy.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Memphis campus and attend the campus several times per week.
