Sr. Product Manager I (Defense Intelligence)

Location: Tysons Corner, Virginia, United States; onsite five days per week for the duration of the role

Salary: $166,000–$189,000 per year

What you will do

• Guide and manage the lifecycle of new technology products and feature enhancements.
• Partner with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize requirements, and manage tradeoffs.
• Develop product concepts, functional specifications, requirements documents, mock-ups, and product roadmaps.
• Research customer needs, technologies, market trends, and competitors.
• Participate in analysis, design, testing, integration, and product introduction activities.
• Drive product adoption, user engagement, and change management across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, program management, or a related technical leadership role.
• Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing requirements, managing roadmaps, and evaluating business and technical tradeoffs.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments with software or data-driven products and collaborating with engineering, development, and government teams.
• Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Employment requires verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
