Manager, Product Management (ESG)

Location: US Remote; U.S. citizenship and verified U.S. employment eligibility required

Salary: $127,000–$203,000 per year, plus eligibility for a variable compensation plan

What you will do

• Translate business visions and customer needs into actionable product objectives and technical requirements.
• Document requirements from multiple stakeholders and design end-to-end solutions.
• Analyze existing systems and processes and assess the impact of proposed product changes.
• Collaborate with business owners, sales, QA, software developers, project teams, and other business systems analysts.
• Draft user stories and supporting documentation, and assist with test-plan development and validation.
• Deliver product presentations and training for current and prospective customers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to verify U.S. employment eligibility using Form I-9.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and Common Access Card.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least 10 years of experience in a software organization, preferably in software development, plus demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with product requirements, data analysis, user interface design, market research, pricing, ROI analysis, and solution documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale data-driven applications and product-line-specific tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Extreme project development methodologies.
• Department of Defense experience.
• Knowledge of environmental or logistics processes and familiarity with hirify.global’s HMMS Suite.
