Sr. Product Manager, Global Token Services

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $172,100–$275,800 USD per year, with possible bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery for initiatives within hirify.global Token Service.
• Grow global tokenized commerce adoption by working with issuers, acquirers, wallets, merchants, and other strategic partners.
• Define product frameworks, incentive structures, compliance mechanisms, and partner enablement programs.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, analytics, and data teams to improve authorization, provisioning, fraud reduction, and token performance.
• Lead the lifecycle of token-native products, including opportunity assessment, requirements, architecture alignment, pilots, launches, and performance measurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across product, engineering, legal/compliance, commercial, client services, and operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• End-to-end product management experience covering strategy, requirements, delivery, and roadmap ownership.
• Strong understanding of the four-party payment ecosystem, token lifecycle, provisioning, authorization, routing, lifecycle management, and card network economics.
• Experience with digital wallets, credential or identity standards, EMV tokenization, verifiable credentials, or emerging payment models such as agentic commerce and stablecoins.
• Experience building business cases and go-to-market plans, working with external partners, and influencing stakeholders in a complex matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, backlog prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience applying agile and agentic delivery principles across design, development, testing, and launch.
• Experience using Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, VS Code, or GitHub Copilot.
