Product Manager

Location: Washington, DC; must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee product delivery from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives.
• Translate product strategy and vision into actionable initiatives in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Coordinate engineering, UX design, user research, and VA.gov platform teams.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog while balancing user needs and long-term business objectives.
• Prepare weekly reports on product performance, development progress, and key metrics.
• Monitor post-launch performance to identify improvements, bugs, and usage trends.

Requirements

• BS degree and at least 10 years of product management experience with a record of successful product delivery.
• US citizenship required for security clearance.
• 8–10 years of experience with agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and roadmap planning.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
• Analytics skills for interpreting user feedback, research outcomes, and product performance data.
