Consultant Change (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Deliver Transformation & Change consulting assignments for major clients across industries.
• Design and structure the Transformation & Change proposition for the Dutch market.
• Develop business with major accounts through prospecting, proposals, presentations, and relationship management.
• Perform and lead consulting missions and transformation projects while maintaining service quality.
• Develop thought leadership materials, including case studies, expertise letters, and press articles.
• Build expertise in data and AI topics and help clients identify related opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in organizational behavior, psychology, business administration, organization studies, or a similar field.
• At least 2 years of relevant change consulting experience, preferably with a Big Four firm.
• Experience participating in important transformation projects, with strong business and change skills.
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to develop coaching skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written, are required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
