Senior Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work may take place from home, at the client, or at the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Deliver consulting projects focused on strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence.
• Support engagements in digitalisation, marketing and customer experience, pricing and revenue management, or procurement and sourcing.
• Build client relationships and contribute to delivering measurable results.
• Develop and reinforce consulting offers by interpreting innovation and challenges across relevant sectors.
• Contribute to business development, including defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues on internal activities and international projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Fast-learning, communicative, flexible, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills required; non-Dutch speakers are not accepted.
