What you will do
- Lead and personally deliver consulting missions and projects for banking clients.
- Supervise consulting work and ensure service quality across projects.
- Develop the banking market in Belgium and support business development in the Netherlands.
- Drive prospecting, proposal writing, proposal defense, and customer relationship management from the Amsterdam office.
- Analyse banking business models, sector trends, innovations, and emerging client opportunities.
- Coach consultants and lead teams in the Banking & Insurance business line.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the banking market and 7–10 years of relevant consulting experience in banking.
- Proven experience delivering projects, managing teams, and developing client relationships.
- Demonstrated business development skills and an entrepreneurial, flexible, self-starting approach.
- Personal consulting expertise and willingness to deliver consulting services directly.
- Bilingual Dutch and English required; Dutch is mandatory. Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
Nice to have
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise in these areas.
- Experience developing thought leadership materials such as case studies, expertise letters, or press articles.
