Consultant Financial Services

Location: Hybrid, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Work may take place from home, at the client, or at the Amsterdam office. Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted, and a work permit cannot be provided.

What you will do

• Work on consulting projects involving strategic positioning, new business orientations, organizational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver results across financial services engagements.
• Develop and reinforce consulting offerings by interpreting innovation and sector challenges.
• Contribute to business development, including defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with international colleagues on projects and internal activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in a consultancy firm.
• Mandatory knowledge of the financial services sector.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Mandatory Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
