Transformation Management (Senior) Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the Netherlands, with work from home, client sites, or offices in Amsterdam and Maastricht

What you will do

• Lead complex transformation and change management programmes from scoping through execution and benefits realisation.
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement plans, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, quality deliverables, and client-side change agent networks.
• Build trusted client relationships, identify account expansion opportunities, and support proposals and new business development.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodologies, knowledge assets, recruiting, onboarding, and capability building.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or an in-house transformation role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change management programmes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in financial services.
• Master’s degree in business administration, econometrics, organisational psychology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Kotter, ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S, and Lewin, together with project and programme management methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, emotional intelligence, data literacy, and leadership skills, including the ability to work with executive audiences.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands; work permit sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as Prosci/ADKAR or APMG Change Management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, cloud, or AI adoption programmes.
