Senior Consultant Insurance and Digital Insurance (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands; work is possible from home, the client site, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Advise clients on strategic positioning and new business orientations in the insurance sector.
• Contribute to organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence projects.
• Analyse innovation and challenges related to insurance and digital insurance.
• Support the development and reinforcement of consulting offerings.
• Contribute to business development, including defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 2–6 years of experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.
