IT Business Analyst (Mid-Senior Level)

Location: Hybrid role in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify process improvement and technology enablement opportunities.
• Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation of business and functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and use cases.
• Analyze current- and future-state processes, identify gaps and risks, and develop business cases and technology recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, QA teams, and solution architects across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Lead user acceptance testing, including test planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics while supporting change management, solution adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of business analysis experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, creating process maps and workflows, and applying SDLC practices.
• Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of requirements elicitation, process improvement, user stories, gap analysis, UAT, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SQL, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, enterprise system implementations, or process transformation projects.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, digital transformation, Microsoft Power Platform, or relevant CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
